For your total peace of mind, within 24 hours of receiving your deposit, you will receive an official confirmation email including your Boutique Hotel Voucher and a detailed retreat itinerary.
How can I pay for my retreat? We offer secure international payments through Wise, ensuring you get the best exchange rates and zero hidden fees. You can pay via a Smart Payment Link (supporting Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Credit/Debit Card). Once you request your booking, we will provide step-by-step instructions.
What is the cancellation policy? We offer a Flexible Cancellation policy: you can receive a full refund up to 10 days before the retreat starts. For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover any unforeseen personal emergencies.
Which airport should I fly into? We recommend flying into Palermo (PMO). Our private transfer service will meet you there for the comfortable 25-30 minute drive to our boutique location in Castellammare del Golfo.

Can I extend my stay beyond the retreat dates? Absolutely! If you wish to arrive earlier or stay longer at our boutique hotel in Castellammare del Golfo, please let us know as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the hotel to check availability and secure the best rates for your extra nights so you can continue exploring Sicily at your own pace.

What is the required padel level? We welcome all levels. We organize groups based on skill to ensure everyone enjoys a challenging and fun experience.
Do I need to bring my own racket? You are welcome to bring yours, but we also provide high-quality rental equipment if needed.
What happens if it rains?
