How do I secure my spot? To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full one week before the start of the retreat. This ensures all arrangements for your stay in Castellammare del Golfo are finalized prior to your arrival.
How can I pay for my retreat?
At this moment, we accept payments exclusively via Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer). Once you request your booking, you will receive an email with our official bank details and step-by-step instructions to complete your 50% deposit.
What is the cancellation policy? You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 7 days before the retreat starts.
Are flights included? No, flights are not included. This gives you the flexibility to choose your preferred airline and travel dates.
Which airport should I fly into? We recommend flying into Palermo (PMO). It is only a 25-30 minute drive to our location in Castellammare del Golfo.
Can I extend my stay beyond the retreat dates?
Yes, you are more than welcome to stay longer! If you wish to arrive earlier or extend your stay at our boutique hotel in Castellammare del Golfo, please let us know as soon as possible. We will check availability and rates with the hotel for those extra nights so you can continue enjoying the beauty of Sicily at your own pace.

What is the required padel level? We welcome all levels. We organize groups based on skill to ensure everyone enjoys a challenging and fun experience.
Do I need to bring my own racket? You are welcome to bring yours, but we also provide high-quality rental equipment if needed.
What happens if it rains?

Can I bring a non-playing partner? Absolutely! Sicily offers incredible culture, gastronomy, and landscapes for those who prefer to explore while you are on the court.
What should I pack? Comfortable sports gear, sun protection, and smart-casual attire for our winery tours and dinners.
